Re-Employment.sg : A resource website launched to help re—employment of older workers On 23 April 2008, the Tripartite Implementation Workgroup (TIWG) established under the Tripartite Committee on Employability of Older Workers, released a Tripartite Advisory on the Re-employment of Older Workers to help companies adopt re-employment before the enactment of re-employment legislation by 2012. Moving in tandem, to effectively assist companies in the recruitment, retention and re-employment of older workers, the TIWG will be introducing an internet portal and Guidebook. Thus, www.re-employment.sg was developed to serve as a one-stop information portal on re-employment to include disclosure of company workforce age profile in support for age-friendly and fair employment practices.
